Wellness Source Sdn Bhd is founded in 2009 by two individuals who believe that health, beauty & fitness plays a definite role in our lives - which could be seemingly strung together as 'Wellness'. Everybody wants to stay healthy and disease free ; age gracefully and look beautiful; be fit to participate in games we enjoy, or just to play with our kids or grandchildren. But how? We need to fuel our body with proper nutrients, we need to move our body to keep them supple. Most importantly, we need the tools and we need to know how.
